British Council’s teaching english site has been one of my favourites for some time. I’ve been using Britlit in my advance classes. After reading the stories, we had the chance of wonderful discussions in the class. They became a guide to me when I wanted to prepare my own materials for short stories to use in the class. Then I started to read the blogs. I decided to have one but I don’t know why I didn’t have the courage to start . Then suddenly with the help of a magic wand I wrote and posted my first blog entry. So suddenly I have 3 blogs and a wiki . I don’t know what tomorrow will bring.
Well, I’ve woken up and found a completely different world. I’ve been using technology for years or let me say I supposed I was using it. You know the things like power point presentations, search engines. I was not very keen to be online but now I can see what I’ve been missing. As if I had been on a diet. Well, it’s over now. I’ve been dragged into a field which is endless. I hope I won’t get lost. I have just read Web:2.0 the cool tools for schools from wikispaces and found out so many cool tools. I created this poster from add letters. I hope my students will enjoy it.

I’ve been teaching English since 1989. I started teaching in the 20th century but I want to be a 21st century teacher. I’m sure this blog will be a great opportunity for me to share what I know and to learn what I don’t know…
